01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "777wc", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website at 777wc.app and all associated services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 777wc platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held in your name on 777wc, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" means all betting, casino, gaming, and ancillary services provided through 777wc.app.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives issued by 777wc to your Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, required for full Account access and withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before conversion to withdrawable cash balance is permitted.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on 777wc or by accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777wc. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 777wc, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 777wc strictly prohibits the use of its Services by persons under 18. Age is verified during KYC via CNIC. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You are not registered or identified as a problem gambler, and you have not requested self-exclusion from 777wc or any other gaming platform to which such exclusion may extend.
• You confirm that participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify this. 777wc does not provide legal advice on jurisdictional compliance.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
• You have not previously held a 777wc Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

777wc reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

04 Account Management

Each individual may hold only one 777wc Account. The existence of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended. Any winnings generated on duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 777wc Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 777wc will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify 777wc support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) via Account settings — 777wc strongly recommends this for all Pakistani account holders.

777wc reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All 777wc Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

• Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment method not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited. Such deposits will be reversed and your Account may be suspended.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the 777wc cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit but cannot withdraw until CNIC and any other required documentation has been submitted and approved.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. 777wc reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash/Easypaisa) to verified Accounts typically complete within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 777wc does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees for which 777wc accepts no responsibility.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 777wc — including cricket betting, football, and other sports markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, as published in the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, the general rules set out herein and the sport-specific rules applicable to the relevant market shall apply in that order of precedence.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are fixed.
• 777wc reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where there is evidence that the result of an event was known to the bettor at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account per day. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning or by certified Random Number Generators operated by the relevant licensed studio provider. 777wc does not control and does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a live casino game round, the hand or spin in progress will be resolved according to the applicable studio provider's rules, which 777wc adopts by reference.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

777wc may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out below:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to your withdrawable cash balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Only bets placed using your real-money cash balance (not Bonus Funds) count towards meeting Wagering Requirements unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds expire if Wagering Requirements are not met within the period stated in the offer terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from your Account without compensation.
• 777wc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim offers, using bots, or engaging in low-risk bonus exploitation — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

08 Responsible Gaming

777wc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their betting and casino activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your Account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure time reminders that notify you how long you have been logged in during an active session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Request a temporary pause on your account of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account cannot be used for deposits or betting.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from 777wc. Self-exclusion is enforced across all devices and sessions and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777wc and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using a third party's personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on 777wc.
• Money laundering or using 777wc for any financial activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of 777wc.app or its third-party game providers.
• Depositing funds from payment sources not registered in your own name.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on 777wc.app — including but not limited to the 777wc brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 777wc or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on 777wc without prior written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777wc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server outage, or connectivity issues beyond 777wc's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from your betting or gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption of service due to regulatory requirements, maintenance, or third-party provider issues.

777wc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

12 Privacy & Data

777wc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and account management purposes.

777wc will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers is conducted only to the extent necessary for the delivery of 777wc's services.

13 Amendments to Terms

777wc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered account holders via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of 777wc after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777wc holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be referred to the dispute resolution process available through the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
